By purchasing or using Unimy Studios products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Unimy Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Compatibility and Updates
Unimy Studios makes every effort to ensure that its products are compatible with the latest versions of supported platforms and applications. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all environments or third-party systems.
We may release updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility without prior notice.
Technical Support
- General Support
Unimy Studios provides free technical support for one (1) year for purchased special applications. Free products are generally not eligible for technical support.
- Platform Support
We provide AAB support for Google Play Store deployments. Compatibility is not guaranteed for platforms outside of Play Store, App Store, Steam, or Web.
- Defect Handling
If a product contains defects not caused by the buyer and not reasonably detectable prior to purchase, support will be provided free of charge.
Refund Policy
- General Notice
Before purchasing any product (single or subscription), please ensure that you fully understand what you are buying, including features, demos, and conditions.
- Eligibility
Single product purchases are covered by a 100% Money Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Non-delivery of the product (must be reported within 7 days)
- Product not as described (must include clear evidence within 7 days)
- Major defects reported to Technical Support
- Resolution Process
We reserve the right to resolve issues within 72 hours (excluding weekends and official holidays). Temporary server access may be required for troubleshooting.
- Limitations
Refunds may be denied if access is not provided or if abuse of the refund policy is detected. Downloads are non-refundable after the first download or after 30 days.
- Platform Purchases
App Store, Google Play, and Steam purchases are subject to their respective platform refund policies.
- Special Orders
Custom or special orders are subject to agreed contract terms and may not be refundable.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Offensive language, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive content
- Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
- Harassment, threats, or harmful behavior toward other users
- Content that exploits or disrespects religious values
- Any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform
Such content will be removed, and the responsible user may be suspended or permanently banned.
Content Moderation
The platform may include user-generated content. Unimy Studios takes reasonable measures to detect and remove inappropriate content.
Users can report objectionable content using the \"Report\" feature. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action is taken.
User Blocking
Users have the ability to block other users. Content from blocked users will no longer be visible.
Blocking actions may be reviewed by platform administrators when necessary.
Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their accounts at any time through the application.
Account deletion is irreversible, and all associated data will be removed from the system.
Local-Only Applications
Some applications may operate entirely on-device and do not collect or store user data externally (\"No Data Collected\").
Functionality in such apps is limited to local device processing only.
Service Changes
Unimy Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice.
